Another of Paisley's beautiful buildings for your consideration: Coats Memorial Church
A building with strong ties (ho ho) to Paisley's thread industry.
That looks like a very beautiful church! I was in Paisley for a meeting in the summer a few years ago and I thought it was such a beautiful town centre with a lot of history.
Originally from Derby (UK) I've been knitting obsessively for the past seven years, since I first fell ill with 'fibromyalgia'. The fibro has since been found to be a symptom of my having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Type III (AKA, Hypermobility Syndrome). I currently live in Paisley, West Scotland.
My other interests are quilting, vintage fabrics, sewing, writing, music, comedy, food, real-ale, politics & current affairs, gardening, travelling and poetry. Often I am too tired or sore to do anything, even think!
However, I strongly believe that craft can be a force for good in the world hence PURLPOWER!
P.S. If you leave me a question in a comments section I will usually reply in the same comments section

That's one for my next visit along with the Rennie Mackintosh! xx Momma
Tis indeed a beautiful building. I keep meaning to get along there to photograph it but have never managed it yet! - Susan
